Solo membership includes all of the above except the 24/7 HR legal helpline, employment contracts and insurance cover for HR disputes.

The Employment and Commercial legal helplines operate an ‘out-of-hours’ service for emergency support.  During weekends and bank holidays a call back service will operate.  Members can login in the Member portal for more information regarding the helplines operating hours and SLA’s.
