Feel good inside and out is our new partnership campaign with Better Health - Every Mind Matters, which features the mental health tool Mind Plan Quiz at the heart of their resources and advice for those facing mental health problems. By answering five short questions, people get a personalised mental health action plan, providing practical tips to help them deal with stress and anxiety, boost their mood, sleep better, and feel more in control. People can also join a 4-week email programme where they can get reminders, swap in new tips and are encouraged to make looking after their mental wellbeing part of their everyday routine.

TALKING TO SOMEONE YOU TRUST
Many of us experience mental health problems at some time, so it’s likely we will know someone who will struggle with their mental health.
We can all feel anxious, stressed or low at times, but it can be a problem if these feelings get worse, go on for a long time or affect our daily lives.
It might take time for someone's mental health to improve, and some of us may need professional help, but there are ways to help and support someone to get back to positive mental health.
MINDFULNESS
What is mindfulness?
Mindfulness is about living more in the present moment, appreciating the here and now, and not dwelling too much on the past or future.
This can help us to feel calmer, reduce stress or anxiety, sleep better and might help us cope better with difficult situations. For videos on how to practise mindfulness, head to Every Mind Matters.

How to meditate for beginners:
Meditation is not mystical – it's simply a way for us to stop for a moment and be calm. In a busy world, it gives us the permission to pause, breathe and reset.
There are many types of meditation but the thing they all have in common is that, over time, they can help lower stress levels.

MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES
Worries and anxiety:
Anxiety is often described as a feeling of fear or unease – and it’s something everyone experiences at times. Feeling anxious is a perfectly natural reaction to some situations, but if it gets too much or goes on for a while, it can affect our daily lives.
Luckily, there are ways to deal with anxiety that work, and spotting the signs of anxiety is the first step.
Sleep
The mental health benefits of good sleep include boosting our mood, reducing stress and helping with anxiety. If you're having trouble sleeping, knowing how to sleep better can make a big difference.
Stress
Stress is something everyone feels at times, especially when dealing with change or life challenges, such as money worries, work issues or relationship problems.
A little stress can be a good thing, as it helps us to get things done or focus on something that needs our attention.
How we manage stress can make a big difference to our mental wellbeing, and the first step to managing it is to know how it affects us and why.
Low mood and depression
Feeling low is a part of all of our lives at some stage. Everyone feels upset, sad or disheartened from time to time, but for some of us, it can be a real problem.
