Fixed Term Maternity Cover Employment Contract
This contract is intended to be used for temporary maternity leave cover. The employee is notified that their employment will end when the postholder on maternity leave returns to work.
The law requires you to issue all staff with statements of terms of conditions of employment and comes complete with a Staff Handbook.
This contract is ONLY suitable for 'normal leave' employees. For those zero hours, mostly variable or part year workers please contact the NHBF membership team or legal helpline for further information
