Keep your salon safe this winter

As the cold winter bite begins to hit, it’s vital for small businesses to ensure they are managing cold weather conditions effectively for their staff and clients.

The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has detailed guidance on how to protect employees during cold weather ranging from advice on managing workplace temperature to an employer’s legal obligations to staff members.
