Join Habia in Wales for a special hair and beauty evening show event

Habia Live is coming to Wales this September to host two free special events for hair, barbering and beauty employers.

Employers will get to find out what is happening in hair and beauty in wales as well as watch the Habia Skills team present a Bride and Groom themed hair and beauty demonstration.

David Morgan and Jennifer Lenard will deliver an inspirational, step by step demonstration using a wide range of hair and beauty techniques which can be easily replicated back in the salon for wedding clients. Darryn Pitman, HJ’s Barber of the Year 2013 and Wahl Artistic team member will also be doing a barbering demonstration at the Cardiff Event. Educators attending these events will gain 2 CPD hours.

Before the show, there will be a presentation reviewing the findings of a recent research project recently conducted around Welsh labour market intelligence. The project involved Pan Wales Strategic Hair and Beauty Group, College Wales, National Training Federation Wales, Habia and SkillsActive. The review will cover the current state of the market including market sector size, demographic information, identified skill gaps and insight into how the market is performing and what can be done to make improvements for employers and workers.

Habia will be hosting these special events on consecutive nights in Llandudno and Cardiff. There will also be an expo area with companies including VTCT, PivotPoint and Barber Blades (Cardiff only) exhibiting. Both events will start at 6 pm and look to finish at 9 pm.
