Entering is the best decision I’ve ever made! The scholarship is going to give me the boost I need to learn the new skills that I have been craving
“Winning Step Up & SHINE is a dream come true! It took a lot for me to enter the competition because I have been lacking confidence for some time now, even though I have been a stylist for the past 16 years. But entering is the best decision I’ve ever made! The scholarship is going to give me the boost I need to learn the new skills that I have been craving. I can’t wait to get started and take my knowledge back to the salon with me.”
Step Up & SHINE is in its sixth year, and was launched in honour of industry legend, Christofer Mann to nurture one passionate stylist so they can enhance and develop in their career.
Entrants had to submit a 60 second video to Instagram and explain why they would be the perfect candidate to win the incredible scholarship before being interviewed by a World Hair Director.
