How to Report a Concern: 

  1. Contact our dedicated team at assuredtrade@nhbf.co.uk

  2. Include 'Trade Member Concern' in your email subject line 

  3. Provide the Trade Member's name and details of your concern 

  4. Share any relevant documentation or correspondence

The Resolution Process: 

  1. Report receipt confirmation within 1 working day 
  2. Initial assessment of your concern 
  3. Investigation of the reported issue 
  4. Communication with all parties involved 
  5. Resolution and appropriate action
